I have played on the Avant Grand N3 since start of 2011. It is a privilige and you soon get very
spoiled when you have this master piece. The keys is fabulous, straight natural, identical Grand Piano feeling. No
other digital instrument is even close. The sound in the room is far better then the direct recorded sound, I would
give a lot to have the same sound engine in the Avant Grand N3 as Yamaha CP1. Maybe in the next version? (And my
investment thereby goes down in € value...:-)
I will send for the Yamaha tech service because the sustain pedal is not
working as you normally would expect it, probably just my piano. I have to push a bit to hard before
the sustain comes alive and I suspect the assembly was not done correctly. Anyway, I will play some different
melodies so you can here the actual sound.
The instrument is a beauty and the real feel makes this a dream come true. Early mornings with
low volume or headphones makes this my top companion in my daily meditations.

Wavelab 6. No added EQ, just some reverb from the piano. The soft pedal is used on some parts of the
improvisation.
